Quick and easy
This site presents my favorite recipes. To prepare them, you wont need more than just a few ingredients and some time. They are all easy to follow. And dont be scared of being creative. See for yourself!
- 1 lb ground meat (half pork, half beef)
- Oil, salt, pepper, oregano
- For the sauce: 5.5 oz butter, 5.5 oz flour and 2 pints milk
Chop the onion finely and sauté in oil. Add the ground meat and fry it. Then add the tomatoes, tomato purée, and ketchup. Simmer for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano. To make the béchamel sauce, heat the butter, add the flour, and sauté lightly. Then add the milk, and bring to the boil briefly while stirring constantly. When the sauce thickens, it is ready. Next, just fill the casserole dish with alternate layers of ground meat, béchamel sauce and sheets of lasagna. Start and finish with a layer of béchamel sauce. Sprinkle the cheese over the top, and bake in the oven at 356°F for approximately 30 minutes. Enjoy!
